PRE-ADMISSION FORMALITIES 2024-2025

Parents seeking admission for their Children to the School

 Please note the following Instructions carefully:

 

1. Admission is open for Classes. I to VIII but will depend on vacancies.

 

2. The children should complete 6 years for Class 1 admission (and other classes accordingly) on 31^st  December of the year of admission.

 

3. Prescribed forms, which are to be filled in by the parents giving details about initial eligibility of the child for admission to the School is supplied along with.

 

4. The required information should be entered legibly in the form. Form with incomplete or illegible entries will be rejected.

 

5. Both the parents together with the child must meet the Principal to finalize the admission.

 

6. The following documents have to be attached with the form.
   • Original Transfer Certificate.               
   • Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate.
   • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of the child.        
   • Xerox Copy of Baptism Certificate (only for Catholic Student).
   • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of both the parents of the child.
   • Two recent Passport Sized Photograph of the child

(v)       Xerox Copy of Caste certificate

 

The ORIGINAL COPIES of the above mentioned certificate should be shown at the time of admission

 

7. No change in the child’s date of birth will be accepted at a later stage.

 

8. If two applications are submitted for one and the same child, both will be rejected.

 

9. Admission to any class is entirely at the discretion of the management and is strictly on merit bases.

 

10. The Management reserves to itself the right of admission without having to give any reasons or explanation.

 

11. Please do not bring recommendations for admission. Any such recommendation will be considered a disqualification.

 

12. Required fees at the time of admission as instructed must be paid in full.

 

13. Refunding shall not be done after completion of your wards admission.

 

14. Admission obtained submitting false documents, birth dates, and addresses etc. will be cancelled even at a later stage.

 

15. It is imperative that the admitted children be provided with the prescribed school uniform, bags, books and stationery before the session begins.
16. The parents are expected to make necessary arrangements for transport of children to and fro the school.
17. The regular school fees can be paid in one time or in four installments by 10^th of every mentioned months (July 2024,September 2024,November 2024 & January 2025)

2. The children to be admitted should complete 3 years for Nursery, 4 years for Jr KG (LKG) and 5 years for Sr KG (UKG) on 31^st December of the year of admission.

 

3. Prescribed forms, which are to be filled in by the parents giving details about initial eligibility of the child for admission to the School is supplied along with.

 

4. The required information should be entered legibly in the form. Form with incomplete or illegible entries will be rejected.

 

5. The date and time of submission of forms, date of the test, are written in the enclosed form.

 

6. Both the parents together with the child must meet the Principal to finalize the admission.

 

7. The following documents have to be attached with the form.

   • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of the child.
